Subject says it all, really. I had my towns all worshiping Pan for the increased BM and decided to try Plutus' Blessing from the daily rewards for some extra gold. I got zero benefit.
I then switched one town to Plutus and still got nothing. I then activated Plutus with 100 favour and got the below:
Notice that the 'Resources from blessing' entry is zero.
I've just wasted 600 favour.
maybe I will say something stupid , but do you have a positive hours balance of gold ?
Maybe if you have a zero or negative balance , you don't increase anything ....

I think, in order for the daily rewards' blessings have any effect, you need to:
And then, the additional blessing will only be applied to the towns that worship that god. That's how I think it works based on the comments on this forum.
The "Resources from blessing" data from the God's Shrine is updated once an hour at o'clock (that's my empirical-based deduction), so if you keep the god active and worshipped in that town, you should see that value change at next hour.
Please tell us if it worked or not.
Edit: For the gold bonus god, I haven't tried yet but I suppose the way it works is by making idle citizens more efficient in producing gold, so I guess that you should also have idle citizens in a particular town for it to produce bonus gold from blessing.
Actually, he is, somehow, right.
The first photo, should show his total gold production * 0.56. Not 0, even if it was in the first hour.
Should be the same like Pan, when you go to Forester, it shows you the amount of wood produced, per hour, by Pan.

That's correct. It was just activated.
With 1 town your tooltip may be different:

OK, you made me curios and I donated 200 favor to Plutus.
Then, I assigned my capital to Plutus and I can see immediately the increase in gold production when hovering on Gold.
Also, when I click it, I can see the gold income, per hour, from Gods (Plutus).
So, it works.
Are you sure you assigned at least 1 town to Plutus, and Plutus has at least 100 favor?

Yes, I got the ordinary boost, but I did not get any boost from the 'Plutus blessing' reward.

My hunch is that, if you activate Plutus Blessing from Rewards without having Plutus active it does not apply.
And it does not apply also if you activate Plutus afterwards.
Not sure if it is a bug, or is intended, but this seems to be the current behavior.
At least, we know now NOT to activate a God reward without having that God active 😁

If he has donations to him and he is positive gold then ya it's a bug, but im not sure what would cause it.. but it's not broken outright.. might be a tough one to track down.

So, apparently, if you activate a reward to a God that is not active, that favor is lost.
