    Some countries are having cheaper ambrosia.

    So what happens if during stay in foreign country I login to ikariam, see cheaper ambrosia and decide to buy?

    If the payment is made with the correct details, I assume - the amount is deducted from your account or card and ambrosia added to your game account?


    If the payment process is being flagged as fraudulent, your game account will be banned until you solve it.


    If you want to get a reply if you can use VPN to buy cheaper ambrosia - please read the Terms & Conditions. But this is not going to be a place where you will get suggestions about how and in what cases the VPN can be used to get benefits without being punished.

    You do understand that if I have some fraudulent intentions I would not ask so directly on forum.

    Asking GF representative "can i pretend to be in Japan and pay less for ambrosia"...

    What answer can I expect?

    I can expect that this thread alone raises red flag and you look into this account and all of connected ones.

    I know you will not answer because who knows who reads this, and giving people fraudulent ideas is no no.

    I have read some threads about people using vpn, "being in turkey" = buying ambrosia for peanuts.

    So what happens if someone is really in foreign country.

    Based on your answer maybe payment goes through and ambrosia is added, maybe system raises red flag.

    Basically no one knows

  • It have been a thing earlier, Gameforge have now put Brittish servers to euro only way to get turkish price as i have understood based on peoples typing is to play on turkish servers therefore it isn't possible to get ambrosia for turkish currency on servers outside turkey community!

    Would say i answered your question you asked.

    If the system get a VPN feeling the currency will be set to dedicated currency based on the community your playing in, for UK it is euro.


    I do not know any other way to explain it for you, if you don't get it it's feels like you trying to find a way around the system to benefit it yourself or if you don't want to accept the answer i'm giving you!

    Then he hasn't seen the official discord server where turkish players have complained multiple times and i also think here on the forum that on the UK community and international servers there have been a dedicated currency to €. So that will remain the same if he travel to another country aswell then.

    Just do it and see what happens, if the answer you've been given doesn't please you.
