Good morning,
I recently restarted the game on a French Hekabe server. I wanted to start on another more active French server (Orpheus) but it was impossible to join due to this error message :
-"An error occurred during account registration. Please try again."
So of course I tried again several times but nothing, I changed browser and the same result, I cleared the cache, cookie but I always get the same result, I filed a ticket with Ikariam support and received the response that they were aware of the problem but that there was nothing they could do....
I saw other old posts on the forum with this error but each time I had to create a ticket and no response was provided for the community.
knowing that this problem does not happen to me but blocks other players and friends of mine.
If anyone has a solution to suggest I'm interested! Because I would like to play
