Hello,
Extremely long vacation and inactivity periods lead to the formation of meaningless communities in worlds that already have very few active players. Many players use these periods beyond their intended purpose. Therefore, these periods need to be significantly shortened.
My Suggestion for Vacation Mode:
Players who wish to extend their vacation period should be required to pay increasing amounts of Ambrosia, similar to the purchase system applied to cargo ships.
For example, to extend the standard 48-hour vacation period:
+24 hours: Ambrosia or resources
+48 hours: Ambrosia or resources
+96 hours: Ambrosia or resources
(Each extension step becomes progressively more expensive.)
Whether Vacation Mode runs for its standard duration or is extended with Ambrosia, the account should automatically exit Vacation Mode when the time expires and become fully vulnerable to looting, sieges, and invasions.
My Suggestion for Inactivity:
A countdown timer should be displayed next to the city's name, showing exactly when that account will be deleted.
Additional Suggestion:
Players whose accounts have been confirmed for permanent deletion should be made vulnerable to looting before deletion, regardless of the reason. Otherwise, significant resources stored in these cities will be completely wasted.
These changes will breathe new life into stagnant worlds and facilitate the reclamation and reintroduction of valuable islands.
