(not a bug) Your black market is currently being used

Hello. i am trying to transfer an account to a new server and when i press start transfer it says: ''your black market is currently being used'' and it doesn't let me transfer my account.

1) I have no offers on the board

2) there is no other player who is sending ships to buy anything from me nor are there ships returning to a player's account after he pressed the action to buy from me

3) i have only 1 black market building level 25

4) all my army is stationed in the same city with the black market building.

This seems like a bug.i put up a random offer and cancelled it in case that fixes the problem but it didn't. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Please either open a ticket with your account data (community, server, username) and a screenshot of error message and black market without units, or add this info here.

When was the time when you had any action regarding black market?

Hello again. eventually the problem was resolved. i put on vacation mode and two days later i was able to transfer my account. I was also informed on the ikariam's discord server from another user that you need to wait 4 hours from the last time you used the black market to be able to transfer your account. In my case i had used it 20 minutes before trying to move to a different server so i believe that the info that this user gave me could be true. Thanks for the reply. If noone else wants to add something this thread can close.

If this is true then the error message should give the cooldown timer.
