Is it possible that i can start a new account on a spanish server before transferring because i have tried it with an graveyard account and that wasn't possible.
I don't know, you'd have to try making an account on the merge servers then merge, but they might've stopped the ability to do that. If so, you'd have to do it with an account in the next batch of merges.
