  • Do What You Want

In April, after being haunted by a gloomy book (Gary Vaynerchuk’s Crush It!), I decided to pursue personal branding, becoming a writer and Career advice. I do not have websites yet, Facebook does not have any follower yet. After setting up my goal, I also took some time to ask my grandparents for their opinion. I dreamed that I would write an own book and it must appear in book fairs. My short advice from homework sites is, to become a noted writer, there must be a certain amount of readers on the blog. I put the determination to the end of 2015, my blog must have 100,000 visitors to see. Then to motivate the target, I also share with the older sister. She said: “This is a shit. You have no website yet, no one knows who you are. Go slowly, build slowly, about 3-5 years for to be known.”

Okay, I understand, let me see. (For me, I heard every opinion, but for reference, not decide to change yourself).

    Just do what you want

DO NOT BE AFFECTED BY ANYONE

This morning a sister emailed me to talk about her desire to focus on TOEIC to reach> 900. According to study daddy the reason is that she plays with friends who also said that 900> hard, then she thinks it is not able to compete. I have email back to you: “Is there anyone of your friend who finished TOEIC test and achieves> 900?’ ‘If yes, refer to that person. Otherwise, their opinions are not important.”

At homework helper I read a quote from Benjamin Hardy (Productivity Writer): “If your leader is not moving forward, you’re not moving forward.” Daily learning outside, on Facebook – also partly reflects our own present. If we follow the multi-level, we only know how to exaggerate but do not know exactly. If you follow people who are developing themselves each day, you can be better version day by day.

Go back to your story. When I said I would reach 100,000 readers in the blog by the end of 2015, some older siblings advised me to be ‘less daydreaming, realistic’. I also hear, but do not follow. I did not ‘diminish my dream’ as they advised. Because of them, they have succeeded in different areas, but no one has ever done Personal Branding, no one has their own blog, so honestly, advise them of their goals at that time.

    CREATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL ENVIRONMENT

You have admitted to me, many of us enter the uni without knowing why we are here? Have passed, have to study, then continue. At the beginning of college, we do not have enough experience, not enough knowledge to know how ‘successful’ is, what is a ‘dream life’. Therefore, it is not a blame if the students now do not know what the right advice is, what advice is not right to follow. To be aware of what you are looking at, what is being influenced by something, the simplest way is to look at your newsfeed Facebook at the moment.

When I was in college, I liked to be a football reporter. My newsfeed facebook is filled with football news, then followers are reporters and commentators. And now all around me is information about Career, Learning, and Development. Because I like the topic, so when I meet any posts, people who have the same interest in the topic is to interact, make friends, follow immediately. Gradually, Facebook and studydaddy.com is flooded with such news.

So try to look back on our Facebook again, take 2 minutes to surf around from start to finish, see what we are seeing the most news?
