All 3 sections show the countdown until the video will be available again.
You should look at the Cinetheatre. What should happen to the Cinetheatre if the player has watched all 3 videos ?

Just build a hideout and spy other people on your island. You will get it.

How does this notification work on the spying system? Do all spies eventually get caught and reported in this manner? For reference, I hadn't even built a hideout yet so I'm surprised I could even catch a spy. I'm still under godly protection.
You receive this notification because your enemy's spies failed the missions.
If the mission is successful, you will not know and will not receive any notification. Thus, not all spies will eventually get caught.
Yes, you can catch spies even without the hideout.

There is players that uses their power too close accounts that havent dont anything wrong and there is nothing ikariam is doing about it.Seriusly, the support is worthless if the same admin keeps responding and not letting anyone else too treat the case.

If fixing the barbarian village raid bug is too complicated, leave it as is and simply delete the accounts of users that exploit it for their own benefit. Faster, easier and helps to clean up the community, everybody wins. The game's Terms & Conditions enable the system to take down any account at any time without warning so that wouldn't be a problem.
