    In my case, there are 54 pages / week at Town Adviser.Good luck trying find the two messages about God's Shrine expire. It's easy, just scroll 540 messages.

    You receive messages that God's Shrine will expire in two days and in one day, but you don't receive any message when God's Shrine expire.

    I want this warning: your God's Shrine 100% will expire in one hour. not just in 48 h.

    Also, Town Advisor can be improved with Search and Sort buttons. By time, by town, by building type.

    Military Advisor, currently, sort everything by first time, even if loading time may be irrelevant. Improve Military advisor by allowing players to sort things that matter for them: city target, time to arrive, resource on the way. Advisors were good in 2008, but today are outdated.

    If i want to know when my God's Shrine will expire, i have to scroll back maybe 300 events, to find an "your God's Shrine will expire soon".

    if it easy to find what you need, the game play is a bit faster. So add Search and Sort buttons at Town and Military advisors for all players, or, at least, for Ikariam Plus players.

    And add a warning message: your Gos's Shrineis now expired. No need to look for yesterday's messages in 530 others

    With Premium account, you can queue 3 more buildings, anyway too less for a new town. This 3 building level quewe is from 2009, when was enough for it's time. Today, one town does not have 2010 medium 200 total buildings levels, is much bigger. 3 buildings quewe is from 2009, today is 2025. Can be expand to 10. Compare buildings level medium per town from 2009 when this option was implemented, with today's needs for a new town: only redoucers means 50 levels for 5 resources, trade port, all those small level buildings that anyway takes a lot of months...were ok for 2009, not 2025. 10 quewe.


    With premium queue, you see total time, but not resources per level and total resources. you only see one resource while hovering the mouse. that is very poor comparing with what players need: time? ikariam is not a game to hurry. but is important to know the resources amount.

    Next to each queue, show not just time, but resources. per level and per total. is not 2009 anymore, to keep in mind s small requests.


    Expanding mines is the worse thing. . you know that next level cost 30.000.000. Yout dont know know if it takes 3 or 6 days because time is not displayed. but I don't want to expand to 38, but to 38, 39 and 40. with time and cost. AI needed, additional sites, excel tables, or a formula in a row?


    What what I would love: Next 10 levels price and time and resources (useful for new towns).. In a shadowed font, as long as I don't select them for quewe.


    To quewe 3 buildings was nice for 2009, not in 2025. Absolute missing informations for Saw mill and other mines expansion, with costs in time - shown just in buildings queue, or in wood - for mines, missing time.

    Costs in time and resources helps players to make plans. Here, needed informations are just missing. Being mostly about planning something, missing informations affects a lot of players.

    If you, creators, can be a bit more effectiv with costs in time and resources, please, do it. 2009 is one, 2025 is another. in 2009, 3 buildings quewe, was enough; counting for 2-3 towns while hoovering the mouse one year, was enough. 32 limit was enough. today is not.

    Just for the eye's pleasure:table columns lenght, width, alignament

    For example, looking at citizens's table, is close to a beautiful view, with two exceptions: numbers for "free living space" is too close to "Population growth". "free" is the only column name with lowercase.

    Second annoying thing is that column names are centered (or seems to be), and numbers are aligned to right. Maybe would be nice to center everything.


    Looking at Resources ovewview, for example wine, it helps, but is not nice.

    First thing is that, for a town, you have one row height, and for another town, two rows height. Make all towns one row height. It is easier to follow wine consumption. Probably there are 9 characters allowed for "Remaining time" column... make it enough wide to fit 11M 22D 24h, 11 characters, to fit in one row per town.


    In Resources overview, still appear Warehouse capacity. Depot (Dump) appeared later, but, actually, displayed is not Warehouse, but Storage limit - Warehouse + Depot. Today, column's name exclude depot.


    Of corse, right alignament is not nice; maybe center or left, as most of us read from left to right and from up to down; the right alignament is used mostly by accountants or geeks; most of us, are not.


    If alignament left - center - right can't be adjusted, at least, can you make resource's row height in one row, instead of one and two?


    Third photo is in Romanian, here is a lot of work to do. In English, "Warehouse capacity limit" (even is storage, and not warehouse capacity) have 24 characters. In Romanian, "Limita capacitatii de depozitare a magaziei" is 43 characters long, instead of "Limita de depozitare", 20 chars.

    We have more and more cities and and we can upgrade units at 14-15 Barracks. We queue all at the same time, with different times of ending: today I make army, using all Barracks: boom! Would be nice to see in one place which Barracks has finished their job, which still and working and for how long. There is no place to observe what is done and what is still in queue, only if you visit 15 Barracks. Now you probably have to remind to yourself 15 queue times for 1 set at 15 Barracks, but with premium, you have 3 sets of 15.

    Finished jobs at Barrack is displayed at town news, but is dilluted with all towns events and, anyway, does not show what still remains to be done.

    Now, all you can do, is to visit 15 Barracks and remember 15 times, or worse, 45 times. Make a table, just like for Premium Resources overview.

    Maybe I can replace existential questions with a bit help to fill this table, at least with premium account.

    Server 1

    • Production of Wood and Marble will be 35% higher than normal.
    • Buildings are built 25% faster than normal.
    • Trade Ships are 25% faster than normal.
    • Troops and ships are built 50% slower than normal.
    • Troops cost twice to build as much as than normal.

    Server 2

    • Production of Wood and Sulfur will be 50% higher than normal.
    • Production of Wine is 20% higher than normal.
    • Buildings are built 10% faster than normal.
    • Troops and ships are built 25% faster.
    • Land units are 25% cheaper to build.
    • Land units move 50% faster than normal.
    • Priest conversion rate increased by 40% (7 conversions per priest instead of the normal 5).

    if, on server 2, Land units move 50% faster than normal, then, on server 1, should move 50% slower then normal.
    why? because fighters will create army on server 2, then move to server 1. two players makes a team, move 1.5 mil generals each from server 2 to server 1 and start attacks. they will have a lot of fun against players who will try to create a big army on server 1 settings. there is a limit for Top50 total score, not generals. it will be funny.

    Instead of having your own power with a good marble on Poseidon and nearby wine, crystal and sulphur with Forge and Colossus, your account looks like will be blocked. You wont have marble, what is that, one town here, one town on another island? required is 8 marble in the same island (for a long play).

    If i have 8 marble, i want to be on the same island, not different ones. Because the time to play is a resource just as wood, wine, marble, wine and sulphur. Time.

    You won't play more or less hours daily, let's say 2 hours. But, if you towns are together, you will obtain more daily. Instead of making 1 transport between towns once a day in spreaded towns, having all towns in one island, you will make 3 transports. 6, if is a marble with a poseidon. spreaded towns doesnt costs you just money, costs you time, points and months.

    For comparing, I made a small research on a server (not your) for something what would be nice. Looking at mines level, were quite nice.

    A nice marble with decent levels and free spots for new towns (in time, need 8 - 10 towns on marble are needed), forge and colossus.

    Would you lose what you build till now, in two weeks? No, if you want to play a long time.

    A week passed since I made this post, so I already grew a little. Right now I have Colossus, Demeter's Gardens, Holy Grove & Ares Stronghold.
    Sulphur - Marble - Wine - Marble. Looks like I had an option for Poseidon Island as 4th (Marble) but I chose Ares Stronghold as I had "friends" there (people I had positive communications from my starting island). I'm planning to have 5th as Crystal, for which I could use and island that is 3-4 blocks away from my "core". but would have the Poseidon. Would that make sense? (I've attached a screenshot of the map)

    Your world map looks horrible. you said that you want a mix between constructions and fights in an alliance. If you want to build something, you will ned marble. Your options for marble are a headache. I told in an earlier post that you need a main island, a core, and best is to be on poseidon with adjacent islands on colossus and forge. Spreading yours towns around the world makes you a bit harder to attack by enemies, but it's an improbable thing; but having spreaded towns will make you lose time anytime when you send resources from a town to another. Also, in time, spreaded towns will make freighters uselss.After a while, you will cry for that, but you don't know that today.

    In your world map, I don't see posibilities to obtain a resonable amont of points in 1 year. After 2 years will be worst.

    You said you would like to go to some fights with your alliance. Nice, what you need? Not just army, but gold and satisfaction. Army eats gold, population... and you need trading ports, trading posts, town halls, museums and taverns. They all eat marble. And that, a minimum marble required if you are a warrior. Marble that you can't get it where you are today. After a while, you will want something else, something more. And will require a marble that, where you are today, you wont get it.

    Equilibrum is 8 marble, 3 wine, 2 sulphur, 2 crystal and a bit of ambrosia from time to time. If you intend to be an attacker, and that's fine, you yill need with what: town halls that needs satisfaction, then barracks and shipyards. That means marble. you won't get it here.

    if "a lot of big players are around,"... you won't find good places for you. good places are taken by big players... isn't? .

    how impactful are miracles.. in that case, you may find what is an account with big neighbors, good places already taken by them, and a slow, very slow growth on wrong islands.if it was about me, I would visit world map andlook for a place to grow. It would help if you would post a screen shot with your current world map position (without coordinates or names)

    If I would be in your place, but, well, that depends on your style.... I would go to world map, look for a marble with poseidon for my principal island. Ideal would be an island with big mines and a lot of free spots, because, in time, I would be happy with 10 towns on the same marble with Poseidon (6 dolphins = continuous activation); adjacent, wine with Colossus, sulphur with Hephaistos... I would find the perfect place, create a colony and move the capital on marble, delete first town...

    And have a lot of pacience.Ikariam it's not a game where you can do things quickly, but to think. That's the nice part... when you start to play, you ask yourself what you should do next. After 10 years, you will still ask yourself what to do next. And it is beautiful.

    Find the right place for a long future. Building an empire on islands with wrong resources, miracles, neighbors, would be a waste of time. Can anyway be corrected later, but with a cost.

    Keep your towns close one to another. If today you make 10 minutes between two towns, you will always make 10 minutes between them. If you make 30 minutes between two towns, you will always make 30 minutes. And time is a precious resource (sometime, underrated one).

    not so bad for the moment

    Tried my luck, played twice today.

    First time, I won 1 x 10 days of Steam Sulphur Paddle Wheel (sulphur extraction increased for 10 days). I have no town on sulphur.

    Second time, I won 1 Premium Trader. I take Premium traders when they are cheap, like 7 ambro.


    Spent one wheel on 1x10 days sulphur that doesn't help and 1 overpriced Premium Trader.

    They display the fact that you can win 500k wood but, in fact, from 50 spent ambro, I lost 43: sulphur extraction doesn't help me, because I don't have town on sulphur, and 1 premium trader i take for 7 ambro with 50% discount.


    Did I learned my lesson? I will play two more; one wheel is 25, let's say 100 for a full lesson. If the result will be the same, will throw that to garbage.


    EDIT: played 3th time. I won +25k Wine.

    My hourly wine extraction is over 9k, so I won the wine that I extract in less then 3 hours. Bad joke to pay 25 ambro for that.


    This wheel of fortune is not stupid. Stupid am I, expecting to win the lottery, when i have 100 million total points. It looks like is made for small players, who would care about small prizes, or a new server, where 25k wine would matter.


    Good for beginners.

    Donating to Pan at 16D 21h does not increase the time, does nothing, remains the same. Probably will slowly come down to zero and you will take it again from 3 dayz.

    Golden Fleece will expire, no matter of donations, and back to 3 days left.. good for a vacation, holidays or something like that.

    I'll donate again in the morning and evening to see what happens.





    Donating to Gods, we have a maximum 3 days of grace. For some ambrosia, we can buy a Golden Fleece with 14 days.

    What happens when we buy Golden fleece? We will always can donate ambrosia to maintain 14 days? Or, we will have a maximum 14 + 3 = 17 days, then comes back to 3 days, no matter how much we donate? What happens if I donate when there are 9 days left?
