As diplomat of BANE, we are officially declaring war on L-RE.

The reasons for war are:

1. L-RE surpassing BANE in TS

2. L-RE leadership, mainly Elvan, declaring some of our members enemies of their entire alliance

3. Leeching of miracles and mines

4. Elvan not understanding that angering a belligerent alliance isn't smart

Terms to end the war:

1. L-RE changes their name to BANEBROS

2. L-RE agrees to sell GP to BANE

3. L-RE agrees to BANE's piracy demands

4. L-RE stops leeching

5. BANE get's bored

6. Since it's the season of Halloween, Elvan has to post a video of himself dressing up as Taylor Swift and singing one of her songs.

7. If 4 weeks pass and BANE doesn't see a reason to prolong the war.

The winner will be decided based on total damage of Generals.

***We have also offered L-RE a gauntlet war. War results will be counted from combat reports on the board, or in game as long as L-RE approves of the gauntlet war request.

Can a mod please confirm the names of the servers, and the bonuses those server names will have? There is a screen shot going around showing the options for the ES, and the order was the following:

Plutos (server 1)

Minotaurus (server 2)

Medusa (server 3)

Theseus (server 4)

is that the same for the EN merge? Where if I wanted to pick server 3 that has wood, crystal and wine 25% higher the name of the server will be Medusa?

they could have had it at 16:00 game time. It would have been 10:00am in New York, 7:00am in California, 3:00pm in England and 4:00pm in Germany.

Thanks GameForge for screwing over every player from the Americas with a 10:00merge time. That equates to 4:00am for those in the Eastern time zone or 1:00am for Pacific time on a week day.

This hydra monster might be the dumbest thing GF has ever created for this game. It's as if whoever designed it is a complete noob in the game and just fights by throwing in whatever they have into a battle. It's a shame because the feature had a ton of potential if done differently.

Will there be an email or something from GF prior to the merge where we have to pick the server we want to go to? Will we wake up on the 12th and be in the server we selected?

You have exact statistics about how many players do not want the merge? Or you base it only on your and some other personal opinion?

I have yet to hear from anyone in Alpha that is excited about the merge. A lot of players have enjoyed the gameplay in Alpha, and like how the miracle layout is. It makes for more strategy in the game.

Once GF introduced mergers it created a lot of problems with multi-accounts. Yes, IP sharing is approved now, but a lot of people have taken full advantage of it, and now there are clusters of island sets locked with multis that are producing capture points. With the new merge it will just get even worse.

Then you have the issue with mega alliances being formed with massive military banks. The fighters in these mega alliances can be relentless and will make a lot of players that are used to a quieter game play quit.

These are some of the reasons people are not happy with the merge.

Why hasn't there been an in-game announcement from GameForge about the merge? Very few people from inside the game check out the board, especially ever since the old board went away. There are a lot of people in the older worlds that have been playing Ikariam for over 12 years and have never done a merge before, and have never started another account on a newer server. There should at least be a mass in-game announcement to let everyone know. Possibly even send an email to everyone that has accounts on v-mode.

Didn't you guys warp a town to a premium spot for this battle? Only person you should be upset about is yourself for wasting your money to do so. We fight on our terms, and no one else's. It's been this way ever since we have been fighting VN back in the days on Omnicron and Pi server.
