Actually, it be nice to have a list with all new maximum levels for all buildings, where you still get something and you do not just build them for points.

Does the hideout above lvl 60 allows you to hire more spies and have better anti-spy defense? I checked the changelog, but it only mentions minimum training time.
Also does shipyard beyond lvl 38 further reduces ship constructing times?
Depends on the Town Hall
If you have say lv 35 Town Hall, a lv 43 Hideout with 43 spies working for your defense cap even the easiest infiltration missions to 95% risk
So even if you go for lv 60 hideout, you are already capped.
But when you upgrade Town Hall a few levels, you gotta compensate with more Hideout levels and spies working as counter agents
I am pretty much sure that the Enemy Hideout level was also in the formula, so now things are changed - you are not capped with 32 Hideout and 43 spies if the enemy is above 60This does not answer my question - all I am asking are the shipyard and hideout upgrades only for points or they actually give you advantages.

I thought you could merge manually...I am sure that is what happened with this player.

Pangaia is a global server, so there is no Turkish pangaia or Serbian pangaia. Actually there is no Serbian servers, they call them Western Balkan servers. Another, but free way to move to new server is to let your account ghosts.

Can someone from test server explain this one:
- the bonus granted by the workshop upgrades for Land and Sea units is now 5 times higher than before

It is not gone, but they increased the defense and decrease the attack, so naturally units/ships will die less and battles will be longer - which is the opposite of what most people asked for

It was fixed - it was back during first war server

There was a bug before where your own alliance member ships we counted as enemy ships, causing you to scatter. Is it possible to ask your leader to remove all ships from his town and you try to pillage again and see what happens?

It could be that tender ship was scattered when you spied the town - so it would not show in the spy report, but by the time you send troops it reorganized itself

Defender has very small amount of carriers - they have accumulated a lot of damage, since tenders do not work anymore, that is why you kill more, nothing to do with any upgrades.

Upgrades do not play major role....FOR NOW
There is the possibility they change mechanics and make upgrades insanely affective combat in future updates
Atm I am not sure what I want to support. I want the +3 cap old battle system.
If they keep upgrades as they are - waste of crystal and gold
But I am 100% sure they will change something in future version that will make somebody with upgrades dominate the battlefield!The game or the players will be dead before we have to worry about upgrades imo..

I am not sure if sending 1k tenders in a single battle would fix this - who runs around with 1k tenders
More People then you might think (and yes it actually works).
Other options are to wave all the damaged units in/out every round as in the good old times (so you dont need healing), which obv. only works in specific scenarios.
I thought it might, but it doesn't make it less stupid.
