I think you are being a bit naïve, many of these massive banks are purchased from users in countries where Ambro is dirt cheap.

This is a good example of why advanced notice would have been a bad idea. This account would probably had a massive gold injection had there been advanced warning. However it is now useless, that gold will go within half an hour of coming out of vmode.

I imagine there was no notice in order to prevent those that exploit military banks taking counter measures. Good decision IMHO.

We are ending this war, wish I could say it was good one but I never faced alliance who so easily back down from a fight. Sadly it was one sided without any resistance.
