i attacked to an inactived town s port today and have enough ship to win but my ships are gone without any report of battle
I simultaneously pillage the town from another island and pillage was successful.
Where are my ship?

No. There is no difference.
Both towns need to contribute faith to the same wonder.
You do not get two independent activations.
Players typically prefer to colonize their towns close to one another, starting with the islands of Hephaestus, Poseidon and Colossus.
If your goal is to use Poseidon as often as possible (for moving fleets, timing wars, or chaining operations), it is better to have two/three towns on the same island (avoid waiting time and loading times) if that island is strategically important or you want to strengthen your control of that wonder.
Furthermore, having more than one town in Poseidon will help you only reduce the cooldown.
Don't forget you still need to have a temple in Poseidon's towns to apply the reduction.

Is there any difference between 2 miracle in one island with 2 same miracle on difference island in assumption of have enough faith?
I want to get 2 poseidon miracle but dont know that is any difference between them or not
What if one of my poseidon was lvl 5 and another was 4?
In that case , my speed increaced 70% or 100%??
i upgrade my optician to 34 but when i check my mayor i see my optician was upgraded to 35 at the same time
I see this few days ago in another town
Although it seems my resources was decreased
And i never use ambrosia for finishing construction time
