Your suggestion is excellent, but you won’t see any response from the game because, simply, it goes against their primary interest, which is making money. These accounts rely on players spending a lot on Ambrosia, and if a server like the one you're suggesting is created, it won't be profitable enough for them. Therefore, you'll never find the game actually listening to you.

The Minister of Interior in the alliance created automatic promotion ranks as follows:
- Rank A: 150,000

The problem is that members are not being promoted automatically as they should be.
Additionally, custom ranks have been created, but it is not possible to promote members to these custom ranks.
When attempting to promote a member, the system displays the message: "Your command has been executed", but the member’s rank remains unchanged.
Furthermore, when trying to strip a member of their rank, the exact opposite happens—the member gets promoted to Rank C. If the same member is stripped again, they get promoted to Rank B, and so on.
We kindly ask for clarification on what exactly the issue is, and whether there is a solution available.
