there arent any maximum levels but for trade ships improvements it says the building is not enough even though its 32

Display MoreI’ve been playing Ika since 2008 and I’ve never seen such a thing. This player is disgraceful. A month and a half ago, he started sending me messages and saw that I was an Israeli like him, we started talking a little, and then he started asking for resources and I brought him because he a new player that back after years to play and then he asked again and i sent him again, then he asked again and i stopped answering him.
About a month later, he started attacking me suddenly, trying to ask why and blocking me. At first he looted large quantities from me, but then I started hiding resources, and for two weeks I did not respond. Nor could I, I had no generals, and I did not attack anyone during my several months on this server. I've only evolved from creating resources. I saw as time passed that he did not stop, even though there were no resources to take and that it was personal.
I slowly started building an army to narrow the gap between us and focused mainly on protecting resources through moving from city to city and trying to block attacks.
One day, he changed the name of one of his cities to "Nissim You Die". Nissim this is my name. In the messages he blocked me even before. He did not seek looting and came to harass and persecute me.
I started at some point blocking him a few ants and then he asked for help from a friend of his. Another Israeli who is alliance with him, he heard the story and promised me to get him out of the alliance and asked me if I wanted to join the alliance. I politely declined because I didn't have much time and didn't want to be with him who attacked me in the same alliance (I saw he was still there and didn't want to ask if and when he was leaving).
All I asked was that mediator promise me that this shameful aggressor from the Alliance would stop attacking me.
This was the case for two weeks, until a few days ago, and then suddenly again in the evening he attacked me. Only this time he came with a really big army. I quickly built an army. It took me a few days to defend myself.
At first, I blocked some ants for him, hoping it would deter him, then I saw that I had not, passed him by the number of generals so that he would understand that it was not worth continuing the attacks (but I had not yet attacked).
I saw that he was not giving up and continuing to build more and more armies.
Finally, after many days of persecution, I can't play the game the way I want to, that I'm building an army against my wishes just to protect myself,
I managed to attack him, plundered him, and hoped that now he would finally leave me. But no, he went and called on all the allies to attack someone alone.
