The math is in fact correct. The way it's displayed, it's confusing, but not wrong.
The Help section shows the cost with research reduction taken into account. So 6591657 wood is actually only 86% from the base cost (which is 7664717). If you then apply all the calculation (meaning 36% from 7664717) you get 2759298, basically what shows on the upgrade tab. That's why you can't calculate 50% from the help section cost.
The "logic" behind this, is that the research reduction applies to all towns, while the building reduction applies only to that specific town, so when you have no reduction building, you will pay the price displayed in the Help section

I had a previous post that no one was accepting my requests so I went ahead and issued 200+ requests and now I have all that I require. If you know a better method to fill over 100 CTs easily, I'd like to know it.
Instead of sending 100 requests to random people, send one diplomatic request to an alliance with 50+ people and let them know you have free CT. Requests will pour down on you to accept them.
During the first week of the new server, the limit is raised to 25. (I ran into it trying to accept or reject CTs.) After that first week, however, the 5 message limit kicks in again. The premium account doesn't protect you from this.
Exactly. If you want to send a request to someone, you have to go back through and clear out all of those unaccepted offers.
Also, when your inbox keeps filling up with CT requests because EVERYONE is trying to fill their museums at once, it gets really hard to use your inbox for anything else. Having a quick way to remove those extra requests would be very nice.
The premium feature is the one that raises that limit. I thought it was unlimited, but ok, it's raised to 25. But come on, a 25 limit over 5 minutes it more than enough. I have people with over 300 CT and no one has this issue if you are online more than 15 minutes a day.
And to be honest, if you're sending requests at this pace, you should be banned for spamming the servers

Yes, there is a limit of 5 messages in 5 minutes. However, the limit is off when you have a premium account, and when moving, everyone gets a premium account for 7 days.
I agree that a delete all cultural requests button in the Museum could be useful, but by not sending random request in hopes they accept, this "issue" can be easily avoided.

Time of departure means when the server was created, not when the server was live for people to move in.
If you are paying attention when logging in, you see that the servers already have 300+ days since they were created

I shouldn't be that difficult to make a "Socials" button that, when hover over, drops down multiple options, like Forum, Discord, Facebook or other official socials

I plan to build a 48 level where the maximum blessing will be 99%
Maximum blessing there means that if you have 1000 donations to a god, you will get a 99% bonus. Otherwise you will get less than 99%.
If you go for level 49, you will probabily get 101% maximum blessing
Based on the other bonuses, you're free to build the God's Shrine to at least 70 at this time, but there's currently no cap.
Maximum for me shows 87. But that level is based on the current building level

It's instant as long as you have donations to the God you are switching.

It's intended. Now you see 50 levels above your current building level. If you have a building at level 30, you will not see the 1 to 29
