That would be the greatest nooo from me in the history of mankind!
Because, i spent a long time searching for the correct combo of islands close to each other with the monuments i like very much! (Since all the good island combinations were taken). So some of my cities live far from each other.
And yes, I spent money on reloacting my cities.
even though its a vote.. why not go to find the island you like, with the right monuments.Display MoreIn my opinion, I think the each person should have a choice to change the monument to themselves, without effecting the whole island.
Remember, The island is for everyone, not just you and me. What if i change it, and you do not like it, then what happens?
Then i change it back, and you dont like it, so you change again. And we can keep going for years like this.
In my optinion each city, should have a choice (Like a building), so you can choose which god you would like to effect your kingdom. And thats it.
Thats a no from here as well, cause then the monuments on each island would be very much useless, and the resources i and others spent would go to waste.

Thats the only possible way to do it. I mean 1 per island or near the island.
Otherwise perhaps the developers would create a huge island with lots of building slots in the middle of everything.
And each alliance leader, would colonize a town in there to start the building process on it from the donated resources from the members.
The rest of the islands would be circulating around that huge island.But how many building slots should it have? What happens if it gets full??
Perhaps than if it gets full then automaticly a new and empty one would emerge (On the same place), with a new name.So to access the previous ones, you would simply chose the name from the list, and then the huge island, with the city belonging to your alliance would come up again.
And how many building slots? What about 50?
Last question. What happens if the alliance dissolves? Then the whole city and its progress would be lost. This would create another building slot for a new alliance to colonise.
But maybe also, these towns would go to war at each other. Leader vs. Leader and every member donate troops to that town and the leader attacks other towns on that huge island / other islands. (I mean if there is any interrest of it ofcourse)! -

I like the idea , it's very ambitious.
Only thing I don't like about it is the thought of making it a military bank.
We also get into the situation of.. if I can see it I wanna pillage it.. so we'd have to work out it's defense.Also where are we gonna build this thing? does it need to be in a normal town slot or is it going into a special new slot on the island? and if so 1 per island?
It might be interesting if this building was 1 per island a special building spot and when it was attacked and defeated it would actually take damage like every time it's attacked building(s) take a loss of level so it was actually possible to completely destroy it or take it over. since 1 spot per island would mean a finite (although huge) number of spots for this thing to be built.It could be an island that is small in size (Somewhere near your capital city, Island view) and once you click at it you would be teleported to the common alliance town, that everyone donates resources to upgrade!

Why would i build the regular type or the fast class? Well because there was a thread before, here on this forum, where you would send waves of spearman between two towns on the same island. And keep on reinforcing it in endless of waves. Each wave consists of 1 spearman!
when this happens, you would hold of the enemy forever or until someone runs out of moral. But if you have lots of cooks, then the enemy would withdraw from battle after a long time of endless rounds! I dont know what the trick is called but its very usefull! Thats why i would chose to build the regular type.
And with a higher level of barracks and the right government form like: Dictatorship, then more units can be built to use this feature
Second, i also use regular to aid in war quickly if i dont want to wait. Yes i know they will be weaker, but its better than waiting them out and loosing the war, because i have nothing.Or if i have recently lost all my units in a big war and i want time to heal! I build the weak / fast units to raid inactive and protect myself until stronger units have been built!
Thats why i want to use the class 1 type. And once i have lots of units in class 1, i can then start building them in class 2 or 3 and fire class 1. Once class 2 has been built, i fire class 1. Once class 3 has been built i fire class 2. And then i am ready for the world again.
So it will make the game better.Class 1 = To build fast units and acts as a cannon foder, until higher classes arrives. But yes i agree. You have to build allot of them to hold of class 2, and even more to hold of class 3! So those who has the time and resources can do it. Or use them in barbarian villages, so i dont loose high quality units there.
Class 2 = In between of everything. If you are not really in a hurry and need good units then build this. Not bad, not good either!
Class 3 = If you are not at war and have time to grow, build these. They are ofcourse strong and can defeat lower classes more easily!

About the class names. Hmm, yeah Titans are a better name, agree to that
But its just so they should look different, so we can see the difference between Class 1 - Class 2 and Class 3. Not only their name and stats! Their clothing, fitness level, weapons and steam Giants forexample should look different also. Since its a robot, it should have more shields here and there, tougher exoskeleton etc.
And about the gems, i had to google a bit. But here is the result and i am talking about gemstones here, that we can upgrade our army to level 7 and not just level 3 in workshops
Level 1 = Bronze UpgradeLevel 2 = Silver Upgrade
Level 3 = Gold Upgrade
Level 4 = Black Opal Upgrade
Level 5 = Regular Diamond Upgrade
Level 6 = Sapphire Upgrade
Level 7 = Blue Diamond Upgrade
And who knows. There might also be some other gemstones / ores that are more valuable than the mentioned in the world of Gods. -

Hi the ones you have mentioned, were not the ones i did not like. You have mentioned stuff i also like!
These that are shown below are the ones i dont like. Only these 7 out of 85! I like the rest.
79- You can't attack a player that have Total Score less than 5% of your Total Score now.
75- When sending cargo ships from one town to another,it'll have to be cargo ships in that town first.
71- When you make a pirate raid,you can lose 50% of your pirate points if you fail now. Pirate points that
63- Bashing rule has been added to the game again.
59- Palace's level limit has been increased from 11 to 20. So you can have 9 more colonies. In addition,the requirements that when establishing a new colony were improved. (Idea allready there and got better. We can have 20 colonies in total now)!
54- It'll no longer be possible to make pirate raid to someone on the same alliance and to accounts that you make IP sharing. (You cannot do pirate raid with someone on same IP adresse allready)
26- "Attract Vermin" feature has been removed from the game. -
Ideas of 79, 75, 71, 63, 59, 54 and 26 are the only ones on that list that i dont like. Sorry.
Otherwise, the rest are very great to have in this game. They are too good to not to have them in this game.
They will spark a new life in Ikariam and make it funnier and better in my point of view.
Second, i wish you guys also focus on unit strength. I have never yet met a suggestion from players too upgrade unit strength further than 3 in workshops.
Like up to level 7 maybe. Why 7? Because 7 is just a magical number after 3. Or perhaps 10!
what i would like to see is an upgrade to power, health, armor, accurancy, ammo capacity and a reduction of size (So more units can be there on the battlefield). All that should be done in the workshop.
Third, we could also have a function, where you would choose how long you want to spend to create your army. We could get a slide (Just like the one we have when we send resources. Then we choose how much each trade ship transport, and the less it has from 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 capacity the faster they travel).
We could have the same slide / bar or what ever its called. It can be set into 3 settings from regular training speed, 30% extra training speed and 75% extra training speed. And what you get is stronger units.Like if you want to train swordsmen and you select 30% longer training speed, then when they are done, these swordsmen are 30 % stronger. (The idea here is, that the longer you train, the better you are). Also these should once they get out from the training, be in defferent appearence.
Swordsmen class 1 = Regular
Swordsmen class 2 = 30 % stronger with better equipment and are maybe muscular looking
Swordsmen class 3 = 75 % stronger with wilder weapons and looking like assassin creed maybe / samurai / etc.
I mean you basicly upgrade unit class. Whether it is done in the barracks and shipyard or in a new building does not matter
Etc.
Lastly. They could also add extra futur researches up to level 30, that only focuses on boosting unit strength, armour, health, ammo capacity, you name it and so on! -

he can choose where to attack, when to attack and with what forces to attack. He can use spies to gain accurate information of the composition of defending forces, and whether the defending player is online or not. he can attack from whatever direction he wants (from his own city, from occupied city, from alliance member or from some player with whom he has garrison agreement)
on the other hand the defender has to defend all his cities, not just one, so his defending army is therefore much smaller than attacking one. He can concentrate his main force in 1 city, but then all his other cities are open to being pillaged.
Being able to use spies is a huge advantage, but that's mainly a fault of the Deffender in case they have no spy-deff.
There's an easy solution for that, build spies.
The attacker has the advantage of the Momentum, he can surprise, he can prepare, build up army but that's imo. his only advantage and only helps for the first attack.
The deffender has to defend more cities, that's right, but they can also have alliance Members helping them, Neighbours helping them, or Friends.
They can use the colossus, go into V-Mode, or just have safe cities.
You can't get pillaged if you don't have pillageable ressources, use the Trader once, donate all Wood and your city is perfectly fine.
Also obv. the attacker loses way more Gold, they first have to search for something pillageable, they have to win both on Water and Land (except if both attacker and deffender have cities on the same Island).
but in a real situations, a competent attacker can almost always successfully attack the opponent of similar strength.
If the Deffender is offline and keeps being offline during the entire Fight then yes.
If they're online, get messaged by someone (f.e the General), then no, they can just donate everything, use collosus, or hop into V-Mode and they're fine.
Attackers can also get together and fight 1 city. No proplem.
Besides. Attackers can surprise attack. The defender will just not have enough time to react and call for help if caught ungarded
Besides. No one attacks others and goes ofline in the meantime. Usually attackers stay online to witness the result of their attacks.
While defenders are usually offline.
You dont send your army into battle snd go to sleep or work.
Also. You cannot hop into V-Mode while someone is underway to attack you!
