Donations aren't tied to a colony, it's in your inventory.
Oh, that helps. I must have not been paying attention. I swear the number would go up or down between colonies. If it's all one big pot, I could have spent it all, maybe. Still doesn't feel right but it could explain it.

They shouldn't have. Are you sure you didn't use them? They don't have an expiration date, they're an inventory item.
Yep, I'm sure. All of my colonies are empty, the little bank tile is gone. Millions are gone, it wasn't possible for me to donate it all yet.

Whenever I try to send goods with 500/ship works fine. If I try to reduce capacity to increase speed 1 of 2 things happen:
1) The adjusted amount gets put in a 500/ship capacity, uses the correct number of ship with the correct time for 500/ship capacity.
2) The adjust amount gets put in the correct item/ship capacity but the shipping time stays at 500/ship, it's not reduced.
example:
No adjustment: 1000 goods goes in 2 ships (500/ship) at 0% speed increase
1) Setup to ship 1000 goods in 10 ships (100/ship) at +66.6% and when I send it, it's 1000 goods in 2 ships at 0% speed increase. (Settings won't take)

This worked after the merge, this is a new bug in the last month.
