That is 11 account per player not IP Using a VPN to bypass and get more accounts onto the server than the 11 you are allowed, will result in all your accounts being perm banned for circumventing the milti rules, If you have to many accounts right now spread out between a lot of servers, The best thing to do is pick and choose what accounts you want to keep. Give the rest away. or place the ones you do not want to play very often in a different server.
