pirate fortress/capture run rewards

upon receiving your bonuses from your pirate raids, if you double safe storage limit, will it apply to the extra resources given?

so what is the maximum rewards we will get per say if your at a 1*theft security limit?

does it just fill every town to the percentage of safe storage or is there a multiplier in there somewhere?

or lets give an example. youre theft security is 30k for each resources in every town, you have 12 towns and you finish rank 1 or 10,

what is the max resources would you get for rank 1 and rank 10?

just for a general rule.
