I see in the screenshot that you are in the lobby, but can not enter the server Pangaia 5.

As said above: in case of such error the only solution is to write to the Support and the community manager will help in the next business day.
I got the same error this morning. Only few accounts logged in, but many accounts got the error.
Tried to contact support, but the password is incorrect. What a joke.

Not sure who or what is joke, but support and game accounts are absolutely different instances, each of them using separate credentials. Also each of them has an option Forgot Password.
i have the same problem, only on pangaia 5 server.
