when is all zeros like that is because the account is banned or about to go the graveyard

Hi, since 2 days ago, there's no personal high scores table in my server (however alliances high scores are ok), when you enter the personal high score table it's just empty, whenever you log into the game it says "server rating: 0", and when you look at a player's profile (doesn't matter if it's yourself or someone else) it says the general points well, but all the other categories (builders, gold etc) are 0.

Is it normal that my Master Builder's Points, Scientist Points, General's Points, as well as my Gold's Amount in the information from the Island's View to suddenly be zero? Also my Rank in the Server was 144 but suddenly it becomes 0? I was shocked because I just logout for a moment and when I login again my Points and Ranks was back to zero.

Notes:

1. In the Island's View it shows Zero Gold but in Town View I can see my Gold Amount.

2. Every points was reset to zero except my Total Points.

3. Everything is normal except for my rank and points.

PS: Im really sorry i posted this on my wall and to other thread too cause its my first time. Hope its ok

Usually this happens in two scenarios:

1. Right after an account transfer (the points will be back to normal after about 1 day).

2. The account is banned.

Can you post a screenshot with your city view from an island? Where all these points are displayed.

1. I just came back to the game i think 3 or 4 days ago and i transfer my old account to Acheron.

2. I dont think so because Im still playing the game till now. I already logged out and logged in to the game a bunch of time after this problem.
