(reported) Recruited less troops as requested

    I've been having this bug for over a week now. I order 30 balloons in the barracks, there are enough resources, there are enough people. I press train and it starts to train not 30 balloons, but, for example, 12.

    I order 12 mortars, start building 1 mortar, I order 6 mortars - 1 mortar is being built

    The same is true for other units. I now have 3 orders in the barracks for 1 mortar. You have to wait and order again to get the required amount.


    Also, after updating with large dry cargo ships from android, gold, the economy section with gold costs, and the amount of gold are not displayed. A window with a large cargo ship threw out a window with gold. It's less convenient to play on the phone

    the recruiting thing happens to me too

    its on pc

    sometimes is all cities, sometimes its only one

    sometimes it happens with only an specific unit or ship but works fine with the others


    edit: multiple of my alliance member are experiencing the same problem

    i have exactly same problem and just came here to find a solution for it.this bug is really annoying! i got loss many times because of that -_-

    If we are talking about a bug with units. I use google chrome, haven't tried it on other browsers. On Windows and Android

    If we talk about the window with gold, then I also use Google Chrome on Android.


    The above problems are massive, because my alliance has exactly the same problems

    I tried to record it on video, today everything worked fine in the barracks. I'll try again tonight and tomorrow because this problem has been appearing from time to time for at least a week

    I can tell you how to reproduce it.
    You have to had a little of wood. Try to build something to the maximum of wood you have. And it will build about the third of units you clicked. ;)
    With sulphur is everything fine.

    I tried it with large amount of troops (one kind of troops - mortars) and it happened to me like 50 times now. It happens from the last update.

    One of my alliance members had the same issue. making ships and only a couple came out of the harbor. He had the same problem multiple times. Also this is since last week. We are building a lot of army on the moment and so far he was the only one. Lucky for us because building ships and troops is essential to fight a war specially when you are outnumbered 25 against a mass alliance of 285


    I hope we can have some updates on the progress of this problem so we all can sleep well when this problem is solved.

    I literally can't imagine why so difficult to send an ajax request, and check server side, if it's the correct num. what's gonna be in the response or not.

    In my Sulfur island with helping hand I can't train troops, it says "Insufficient Resources" while when I stop helping hand , it works normal. All my other towns are working fine with helping hand , it's just in the Sulfur island. Does anyone face this issue or just me?
