(fixed) Minor display bug with purchasing a freighter

When you purchase a freighter and have none in use the display top left goes from N (N) [e.g. 2 (2)) to N+1 (N) (or 3 (2)] when it should be 3 (3). A refresh (F5) resolves the issue, but it shouldn't happen in the first place: both figures should get updated.

Just as an addendum, the mouse pointer changes to a hand which indicates that what is underneath should be a clickable area.
