In cazul in care nu primiti (sau nu gasiti) mesajele de la companie in e-mail, exista trei solutii:
1.Verificati categoria "Spam/Trash" a e-mailului dvs. pentru a vedea daca a fost redirecționat automat acolo de catre sistem.
Daca NU este acolo, verificati functia "Spam":
2.Puneti în lista alba a email-ului dumneavoastra (toate email-urile au o lista alba care exista pentru a preveni blocarea unor email-uri pe care le-ati setat de catre sistemul lor) urmatoarele adrese din joc: noreply@gameforge.com, noreply@gameforge.de , support@gameforge.com
Informatii despre cum sa introduceti aceste adrese in lista alba pot fi gasite online sau puteți contacta compania de e-mail, care va va da instructiuni in acest sens.
In cazul in care ati facut procesul CORECT si ati pus adresele in lista alba, dar tot nu primiti mesaje de la joc:
3.Puneti adresele noreply@gameforge.com, noreply@gameforge.de , support@gameforge.com in exceptiile antivirusului dumneavoastra. Astfel, atunci cand ajung la adresa dvs. de e-mail, acestea nu sunt blocate.
**Pentru informatii suplimentare in acest sens sau daca nu gasiti optiunea, contactati un tehnician sau cautati pe internet.

In case you do not receive (or cannot find) the messages from the company in your email, there are three solutions:
1.Check the "Spam/Trash" category of your email to see if it was automatically forwarded there by the system.
If it is NOT there, check the "Spam" function:
2.Put in the whitelist of your email(all emails have a whitelist that exists to prevent some emails that you set by their system from being blocked) the following addresses from the game: noreply@gameforge.com, noreply@gameforge.de , support@gameforge.com
Information on how to put these addresses into the whitelist can be found online or you can contact your email company and they will give you instructions on how to do it.
In case you do the process CORRECTLY and put the addresses in the whitelist, but you still do not receive messages from the game:
3.Put the addresses noreply@gameforge.com, noreply@gameforge.de , support@gameforge.com in your antivirus exceptions. So that when they come to your email they are not blocked.
