    Dear Authorities / Support Team,

    As Ikariam players, we are aware that there is no official mobile application for the game and that there are currently no plans to develop one. Therefore, we continue to play the game on our mobile devices through the existing web interface. However, a recent issue we have encountered has made our gaming experience nearly impossible.

    When we log into the game via mobile browsers, the "close" (X) button on the pop-up advertisements remains off-screen or becomes invisible due to a screen scaling bug. This prevents us from closing the ads and strictly restricts our access to the game.

    As a loyal player community, we kindly request that this technical issue on mobile devices be investigated and that the advertisement windows be resized or fixed to fit mobile screens properly.
