The Wheel of the Gods Awaits!
When you click on it, the window opens with one single option in it- Close.
There’s supposed to be a button to open the "Wheel of the Gods." If I click on the image, the Ikariam shop opens. But inside, it shows the "Wheel of Destiny," not the "Wheel of the Gods." So, where is the "Wheel of the Gods"? In local language there are also different titles -Likteņa rats and Dievu rats.
