Can see town details when spy is on their way

    When a Plus user sends a spy to a city of an inactive player they can see the inside of that city before the spy gets there.


    Steps to reproduce:


    Send a spy to a city.

    Before the spy gets there, go to the Plus screen that shows the list of all spies.

    Click the city to which the spy is going.

    You will see the inside of the city (with all building levels detailed if you have that pre-selected).

    nice one, instead of reporting it on ticket system you make that public post so everyone can find out how to abuse that glitch till they patch it...

    ticket system is very slow, or they are not reacting at all. I had reported violation of rules three times, but nothing happens.
