🐞 Bug Report – Unable to Transfer Account to Israeli Server

  • Hello,

I recently returned to the game after a long break and I’m trying to transfer my existing account to an Israeli server.

However, I’m encountering issues that prevent me from completing the transfer.

    📌 Issue Description:

When selecting Israel as the target country, I see the following:

    • On server Skiron:
    "This world is very new"

(It’s unclear whether this is just informational or the reason why transfers are blocked.)
    • On server Poseidon:
"Your total score cannot be above a certain threshold to transfer to this server"

(Indicating there is a score limitation that prevents the transfer.)

    ❗ Problem:

At the moment, it seems like:

    • New servers are blocked due to being too new
    • Other servers are blocked due to score restrictions

👉 As a result, I am unable to transfer my account to any Israeli server, even though that is my preferred region.

    🔍 Expected Behavior:

I would expect to have at least one available Israeli server that allows account transfers, or clearer guidance on which server I can transfer to.

    ℹ️ Additional Information:

    • Returning player after a long period of inactivity
    • Trying to transfer an existing account (not create a new one)

    ❓ Questions:

    • Is this behavior intended?
    • Are there currently any Israeli servers that allow transfers?
    • If not, is there an estimated time when transfers will be available?
  • У меня такая же проблема только на Русский сервер тоже не могу перевести действующий аккаунт

  • Hello,

From what you described, this does not look like a bug, but rather like normal transfer restrictions working as intended.

If one Israeli server is marked as too new, then transfers to it are most likely blocked temporarily to protect the early development phase of that world. This is a common and reasonable limitation, because allowing older and stronger accounts to enter a fresh server too early would immediately damage the balance.

If another server has a total score threshold, then your account simply exceeds the allowed limit for that specific world. Again, this is not unusual. Transfer rules usually exist to prevent accounts that are too strong from entering worlds where they would have an unfair advantage.

So the practical answer is simple:

You cannot transfer wherever you want only because you prefer a specific country or community. You can transfer only to worlds where your account meets the current transfer requirements.

If no Israeli server currently accepts your account, then the available options are:

    1. Wait until restrictions change.
    2. Choose another country/community where your account is allowed to transfer.
    3. Start a new account on the Israeli server if playing specifically there is more important than keeping the old account.

The system is not required to provide at least one available Israeli server for every existing account. Server transfers are limited by balance rules, age of the world, and account score restrictions.

So in this case, the best solution is to transfer to a server where the game actually allows you to go, rather than expecting the restrictions to be removed for one preferred destination.

In short: if the Israeli servers are currently closed to your account, then you should either wait or choose another available server.
