(reported) Spear Man Pack not able to be processed

I obtained by producing troops the various gifts but when I click on collect gift I get a message Access denied and it does not let me put it in the inventory despite having made it available

They really don't like to get in a bag (Like Toy Story)

It's a reported bug. You need to wait some years

Although,..it's weird, because I received recently the reward packet due to event.

Maybe it's not a world wide Ikariam-bug
