    We can illuminate leachers by giving certain privilages to donators in mines and miracles based on the percentage of their donation over a period of time.
    1000 resources over 1000 days of joining the world = 1 per day.
    200 resources over 2 days of joining the world = 100 per day.

    Or something like that. this is just an example.
