This friend, whose photos and nickname I added as photos on the Pangaia 5 server, has been trying to sell his account for a week.
Account selling is always prohibited in this game.
But strangely enough, it continues without any punishment.
There has been no response to the tickets we opened for 6 days. There is not even a response. Please, I invite my dear admins to duty.
According to the rules, buying and selling accounts in the game is prohibited. This player is clearly disregarding the rules. I don't think the authorized admin saw it. If they did, they should have punished them long ago.
I have been waiting for a response to my ticket for 6 days.

I totally get where you're coming from - it's super frustrating when someone keeps breaking the rules and nothing seems to happen. Just a quick reminder though: discussions about bans or punishments aren't really allowed on the forum - these things have to go through support. I know waiting days for a reply sucks, but unfortunately, that’s the only official way. Fingers crossed they take action soon!

At least 10 tickets have been opened as a whole alliance. But no return or punishment was given to this player. We think it is due to intensity, I think there is no other possibility. After all, the rules are clear and explicit. The punishment is clear. We are waiting patiently.
It's a nice picture, i assume your REIS, the fastest growing accounts. Im going to give you some trivia, for no reason. You came to P5 with what i can only describe as a perfect setup - so perfect that i told the top alliances that they should attack you while you were small 4m accounts otherwise you guys will be a very strong force. Now your all top 10. I mean.. i do hate being right so often. The only thing i didn't get to measure was ability, but unfortunately we left the server and you guys were the only people i had interest left in attacking. And that's not out of dislike.
I can offer almost all information on the account your questioning but unfortunately i gain nothing from their ban, so it doesn't make sense to get involved

Let's hope that the Game Team will take the appropriate action soon. You're right: the rules are clear and unambiguous, so the sanction that is deserved should be applied.

There isn't a discussion here "for bans and etc", but there is another rule, about discussion for tickets, which is also forbidden.
By the way, this is not happening only in Pangaia 5, but in every server. I just don't " ticket" anything anymore.
