Dear players,
yesterday, a couple of you began reporting current issues with account transfers (paid as well as ungraveyarding your accounts).
In the meantime we also received the support tickets we asked for and could have a look at them to evaluate the issue.
While the game-related parts of these account transfers work just fine and uninterrupted, each transfer also involves a number of backend systems that are not directly part of the game but needed for certain functions and options, such as the lobby, payment related systems etc. etc. etc.
One of these backend systems turns out to be having some issues currently, which is, why indeed many transfers currently get stuck at the point at which data is being transferred between the game and said system.
Long story short: yes, there have been troubles with the transfers. Those should be fixed now. However, the queue for the transfers got quite long by now, so it'll take some more time for all of those in the queue to be processed. The queue should now, however, be processed again as intended.
