My cargo ships disappeared after a normal transport
Reloading the web page didn't fix it, nor did a log-out / log-in.
Rather annoying, I can't ship the resources I want to.

Some sort of race condition, perhaps.
The goods were delivered on the hour mark.
Not sure when it resets. Possibly the 25 minute after processing, or when other ships return, or some other processing step.

The info they gave is "one time per hour". So there is some sort of script that "check" the ships once per hour.
