Hi!
There is missing information in the Building section. It happens with some of the buildings, not all of them. And when you select another city, the missing info increases o decreases.
I attach a reference image with the Depot info.

It's intended. Now you see 50 levels above your current building level. If you have a building at level 30, you will not see the 1 to 29
The Help section displays the current level of the building -3 to current level of the building +50
This is intended behaivior.
