For the Daily Task rewards screen shot below, I am on a Wine island. My mouse is hovering over the Crystal Redeem button.
The Wine Press reward is available. The Crystal Drill award is not available for the reason "This item has no effect in the current town".
So why is the Sulphur Paddle Wheel available? The Sulphur reward is available no matter what island you are on.
The Wine, Marble, Crystal are only available if you are on an island with that resource.
The Sulphur is available no matter what island resource you are on.
They should be consistent.
I think they should all be available no matter what island you happen to be on. For example, the Wine Press affects all your Wine islands, why do you have to be on a Wine island to activate it?
