Accounts with active ambrosia features will not be deleted until the active features cease. In this case the feature is on auto-renew so the town will stay until the ambrosia runs out.

- Phase 0 (Hour 0 to Hour 24, sorting the fun registrations out, no long time inactivity): If you do not build anything in the 24 hours after registration, you get deleted.
- Phase 1 (1 week to 2 weeks after registration ): You become inactive after 2 days with no login, you get ghosted 2 days later.
- Phase 2 (Week 2 until 1 Month): You become inactive after 7 days with no login, you get ghosted 4 days later.
- Phase 3 (1 Month until 3 Months): You become inactive after 7 days with no login, you get ghosted 14 days later
- Phase 4 (3 Month until end of times): You become inactive after 7 days with no login, you get ghosted 30 days later.

When the points hit all zeros its just a matter of weeks and that account will be gone or the towns will anyway. if you put the players name into the highscore search bar it will have a red x by it if its banned.

One of our guys got a 24 hour suspension for a light insult and it put him into v.mode. Plus he got zeros on his score.

I know but some people dont. He never asked if the game or the GO put him in v.mode.

If an account is showing palm trees but the scores are zeroed out, that's not vmode: That's banned. Look the player up on the high score and it'll be more obvious.
If an account is in this state, either a GO has manually banned him or the account is already on the graveyard server and you're seeing a shadow of the original account. Those usually disappear after a week.

same rule has been in effect since 2008, i think an update is a must. especially for the deletion of accounts with premium effects.
