Add Workshop to Research Advisor

With the latest update comes near-infinite upgrades in the Workshop. So let's have one tab in the Research Advisor for Academic researches as at present and a second tab in the Research Advisor for the Workshop. It would contain a list of Workshops and what they are currently doing.
