(no issue) rearraging buildings bug

    I have noticed that the workshop cannot be moved and position exchanged with other buildings. I have three each in a city and in all three cities i cannot change the position of the workshop although i can rearrange the position of any buildingin the city

    Thats not an issue. You can't move other buildings as well when they are training troops or ships or spies.
