No, that is just a not too super clear denotation of what it does.

Unlike other similar buildings, this one shows you the effect the next level would have. As you've reached the max effect already, the next level would give you -0% reduction, so none.

I agree, this is not super clear and confusing as it differs from the display in other similar buildings.

Ya,whats up with that? Even though i use discord with my alliance i have never been able to get on the ikariam discord. It even asks for a phone number but that's as far as it go's.
