I liked that the part of the gave had "endgame". It provided certain visible goals for people to achieve. Like upgrade troops to 3/3 - that was achievable in early game, then there was research all non future researches (basically you complete the early part of the game) then there was another level once you got all futures, meaning you de facto reached endgame phase any you could demolish your academies.
I really don't see the reasons for unlimited building levels for all buildings. i believe having some of them hard capped was better than soft cap we have now (no one would build them past level 50 - and there are a lot of other buildings to dump resources into)

If you build the Optician beyond level 50 do you get additional benefits from Experiments?

The changelog is your friend.
- The effect of buildings which reduce construction costs (Carpenter’s Workshop, Wine Press, Architect’s Office, Optician, and Firework Test Area) is limited to 50%
- The effect of buildings which increase resource production (Forester’s House, Winery, Stonemason, Glassblower, and Alchemist’s Tower) is limited to 140%

@badibol
hey yo
when you gonna release it to IL servers? -
Why is there a forum if you remove the shortcut from the game?
Is there still a forum shortcut at the entrance of the lobby?
Even the Facebook shortcut was still there.

Actually, in this case it isn't. Yes, I realise that reduction stops at 50%, but the Optician improves Experiments, and that is the subject of my question.

The point is that they want Discord to be more visible, additional way to get access.

It actually is, seeing how the Optician is LITERALLY mentioned there.

What is about God's Shrine? Is it have maximus % for res?

The soft cap is what amount of resources you can obtain to invest in it
The hard cap is the programing they used for the game: is it using 32 bit signed integer values? If they didn't change it since 2008, then most likely level 2,147,483,647
The gain from it is not capped for now so enjoy -
GF: "How to deal with discord-critical forum-users who say that they have no chance to access to discord? Wait a minute ... i almost get it ... yeahh! Cancel forum link ... set discord link!"

I'm wondering why GF is wondering that players ask these questions, trying to see ANY SENSE in leveling up the reducers > 50.
Does GF REALLY wondering about people who don't see ANY advantage in useless leveling.
And don't come with highscore ... why upgrade a useless building for highscore when i have lots of upgrades that bring me (minimal) advantage PLUS highscore? -

The question was a different one and it was answered.

Yes, the Optician is indeed mentioned, but only in the capacity as a reducer. But it improves experiments.

Didn't mention the question, just meant: don't wonder why the players ASK these questions.

it was an actievement in a way to reach the max possible on some buildings...and a driving goal to make some of them...knowing that after this, you can simply focus on the "unlimited" ones
why is needed to cancel this if there is no benefit in further improving them...?
yes - there is no benefit...because the score can be obtained from all other buildings which still have something else to offer in their high lelevs...
sorry...but now it just feels like nothing is achievable anymore...unless you pay big money, ofc...(1B points...still dizzy about this one.. -,-)
i would get the point of having SOME buildings in this way...to still have a challenge for "the whales"...but for all others i would rather have "the actievement"...
not to mention that more building spots are absolutely necessary next...

- the taxes defined by the Black Market can't go below 1%
I believe there is a bug in the game when it comes down to showing next level effect:

What about the wall. do new levels also increase armor or only hit points? and if so is it theoretically possible for wall to became immune to attacking troops?
