even though i dissolved my alliance i can see my former members cities and i see my alliance tag in player details. also i can't join another alliance.

You can join to a new alliance after 24 hours from quit from last alliance and after 24 hours of waiting.Total 48 hours.

Sorry i understand wrong.I thought you leave form an alliance and wanted to join to another.
Now i see you said that you demolish your alliance and after 24 hours still exists.
I dont know this case.
