I've just found that I have 41k of goods shipping. Except none of my cargo ships are being used, there are no incoming cargo ships in my ports or in the advisors. I've checked every Trading Port individually.
What's going on?

Outgoing merchants maybe. No clue if that's normally shown in this overview, but it's the only thing I can think of.

Something almost similar happened to me few hrs ago.
I asked to transfer 1M resources using freighters, what happened was 40 ships were used in stead of 20. I canceled it then repeated again, then it was normal, seems there is a glitch related to transfer.
