We currently get messages to say that grace is running out well before the event. Can you please add a message in the Mayor's Town News tab to say that grace has run out when it happens?

This or one day before it actually drops, would be the best.
Right now the message is just completely useless.

I doubt this suggestion will be implemented, the current way been done on purpose for marketing reason, they know previously that many players will forget and gradually lose grace, so to compensate this loss, either you become online almost daily or PAY then set an alarm in your calendar to renew.
Although of all of this , I liked your post and hope they will implement it one day.

I reported this as a bug back in August.
(investigating) God's Shrine not displaying a warning when the favor amount decreases.

it's e very good idea, for now I use my reminder on my phone, but a 1 hour left warning would be great!!
