modification of the temple to level 1

  • modification of the temple to level 1

As you can see from the picture, I and the other coisolan who made the temples and put the priests inside them, we can't reach 100% of the miracle effect because evidently other players have the temple but haven't put the priests in.

I take it that if you have the temple but you don't put priests, the percentage is zero and you don't see anything by clicking on the miracle .... so you don't understand who it is that has the temple but not the priests !!!

    Suggestion

you should change the temple situation at level 1, making it so that automatically at level 1 is put at least 5 priests permanently and changeable only in addition, without being able to bring the priests to zero.

That way you would see even a small percentage of everyone who has the temple on an island

  • Most of the times for me it helps if i patiently explained to the ones with temple that having a temple comes with a island effort they are willing to put some more effort in their temple and priest. To find out if someone having a temple can be hard but mostly is sending some spy's for een peak view enough to get the right information..

  • You cannot force anyone to assign priests, live with that. The only acceptable change could be that each temple level gives a small % (like a tavern). And again - leeching is and always will be part of the strategy.

Whatever you want , however you want , is fine with me.

The important thing is that it always appears clear to all coisolans who has the temple without priests.

The important thing is that as soon as one builds the temple, even without priests, the 1% base percentage appears ...

I no longer feel like repeating thousands of times to people with even quite large accounts, what is useful and what is worth

    doing with the temple ...

I think that'd be a great change. Make each level of the temple give a base amount of faith.

  • I believe that names and towns of people who have temple in their town should be in bold letters. or remove people/towns that do not have temple from miracle overview. or at least show "temple" or "temple level" written next to island share number.

It would be a nice quality of life improvement so you could know who is actually leeching (you currently cannot differentiate which player has no temple and which player has a temple and 0 priests). Temple functionality would remain the same. and i believe that it would not be a hard thing to implement

  • I would add one more reason :

In the game there are informations of all players that are visible to all other players, and other informations that are either not visible at all or can be known by spying...

But there is no case where some information of a player X is visible to all other players, while the same information of a player Y cannot be visible to all other players !

    So ...

Just as my other coisolans can see that I have a temple and that I have put priests in it, in the same way it is correct that you can see exactly the status of someone who has a temple but no priests ...

  • (you currently cannot differentiate which player has no temple and which player has a temple and 0 priests).

Well you can spy, or occupy the city via land/sea to see the inside of the city.

But I obv. agree that it would be much more reasonable if it was clearly shown whether someone has a temple or not.

  • Again, if the goal is to easily see, we should just give temples a base amount of faith like how taverns work. It makes sense, too. Having a huge temple should give some base level of faith. That way no one will ever be at 0 if they have a temple.

  • And why to confuse with percentages and make it more easy just show to the "go to..." area who has temple and who has not.For my temples now it has a clickable "Temple" link which goes to my temple. For the other players to the island just make a non clickable "Temple" sign.

  • Let's make it simple, how about putting dashes (-) in stead of zeros to show that this town doesn't have a temple ?

So if you have ZERO it means you have the temple but no priests.... ?

  • As much as I hate leecher I don't like the idea of forcing them to put preists in.

I'd rather we just got to privatized faith but a suggestion I would make to piggy back on this thread.

list temple level in the wonder list, or if that is "too much information" then at least have an icon to indicate a player has a temple OR leave off anyone not with a temple.

You can usually tell who's leeching but not always it would at least make it easy at a glance to see who's leecing at 0%

  • You got every right to be mad, You're carrying almost that entire island makes me wonder if you're not being targeted actually.

  • that would be at least something!

but instead they don't even do it to harm me ...

the truth is that they don't even know what the temple is for ... and they don't answer messages ...

Joking aside, from the flags this looks like an international server. Might be they dont answer, because their English isnt very good. Maybe try running your message through a translator?

Temples should just give a base amount of faith, like taverns do. That won't solve the problem, but it should help.

This idea I absolutely support. Something like 0.1% per level would already help a lot.
