I'm having a issue with cultural treaties. I've had receivering a lot of cultural treaty latelly , but when I click to accept the treaty I got a error msg saying : "Your partner hasn't any free slot in his museum" which is weird because, how can a person with no space in museum send a cultural treaty request?
This have been happening for a week and after some msg exchanging with those players whom claim they have spaces in their museum and some investigations , I have deduced that the problem may be ME. For some unexplainable reason, and without any reason for this to be my fault, I have 14 goods to distrubute but only 13 treaty partners.
