Bug in Freighter (gold) cost tool-tip

    The tool-tip displays the MAXIMUM number of Freighters I can have right next to the next Freighter number with cost

    It looks like #32 and #42 would cost the same as what my #2 should cost

    As you can see the first 2 digits on the first line of the tooltip are the maximum number of freighters that can be bought.

    Also, the list with the costs should start from the 28th, as the 27th is already visible outside the tooltip.
