only #1 got anything but resources?
Top 3 got extra rewards, top 1 got special town icon.
well that sucks, i thought it was top 10
I'll have to add up what I got in resources to see if it was worth it.. probably not.
I suspect resource wise it might be covered but gold wise doubtful as every unit you produce costs you population which is gold.
The initial announcement of the event made it cleat that only top 3 get extra bonuses, so I am not sure why you got surprised.

If the first one is what will happen with the time difference and will the infrastructure be able to handle this "World War Ikariam" event?
If the second one is, (some of CoMas are responsible for more than one community) how will that happen?

Soon is a matter of definition, but yes, we are working on that rework (rewards, hp, fine tuning) to be able to run it again.
Running the same thing again with all the same settings is pointless.
