By merging comunities like RO + BG you would highly increase activity. New wars would emerge, piratery could be interesting again.
Merging the same comunity means mostly adding more accounts from same players...

BG servers have already merged with multiple other nations in previous merge (Slovenia, Serbia and Slovakia i think)
It is already active enough. Adding too many players will create overpopulated servers and a whole mess

I'm surprised this hasn't been done based on how logical it would be but i'm not sure why the US and UK servers haven't merged. Instead they are always merging in communities that aren't regional and have a huge language barrier.

Romania and Bulgaria are not similar one bit. They are neighbors for sure, but Romanian is romance language and Bulgarian is Slavic. Bulgaria uses Cyrillic alphabet and Romanian latin (normal).
Saying they should be merged because of similarities is like saying UK and Icelandic servers should merge.

Romanian is a latin language, not romance.

Why not transfer yourselves into Pangaia servers? They are multilingual servers and the existed members would be happier if they see more active people.
