agree, if they hadn't nerfed the troops on 1 or had boosted marble/wood//cargo ships it would be a lot more competitive.
I've even got builders wanting to goto 2 now where as our first vote was a easy no brainier #1

Well it shows how ignorant and stupid they really are, which is not surprising. Well it will be their loss when people don't come back, and those who do outline all the mistakes after the merger is done. I can't wait for that moment where GF sees just how bad their decision making was and how poorly planned this was.
I already experienced one server merge almost 3 years ago when I was transferred from my country to EN servers. Now they are doing the same thing again, and I thought it would be calm forever but no... And again this chaos ... So stupid...

From Lambda, to Sigma to Pi and now....
We lost members each move. I'm sure we will lose more again.
From Tau to Omicron to something else to Ny.. Then I graveyarded the account to Alpha.en where it's now going through yet another merge. I have another one that's on its 3rd community. I've lost track of how many servers it's been through.
All these "permanent" bonuses aren't really permanent. It's just until the next merge. The previous merge of us communities was less than 2 years ago. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Graveyarding all accounts and going to a global server would have been the safest path.
Otherwise, people and Alliances will waste their free moves before the mass exodus of the new servers.
These last few posts confirms my decision to stop rewarding these bad behaviors with kindness.
I enjoyed the routine of the previous task systems. The new rendition seeks to much attention.
I patiently waited to seize the opportunity of great strategic locations only to be robbed of them and my money.
I, like many others, donated to islands for 15 years. Waking up one day with a HUGE tax of time, is not any form of customer appreciation!
The lobby decimated players. Its use of your e-mail address destroyed the social aspect. We ALL became "criminals" sharing the address with our friends as it is account information.
I even fell into 1st TS due to a punishment.
Enough is enough. I have stuck through ALL the changes I didn't want starting with the Dump. Ikariam can't rekindle its glory days. We are just chasing that "high" we will never get.

The resources will be refunded and placed in your inventory. For Helios Towers, you’ll receive an item in your inventory.

That's already been answered as well. The player who donated the oil will recieve a corresponding number of items.

It's probably too late to ask but it would be nice if during the merge when we teleport towns from island A to island B we were to be asked if we wish to teleport all our towns on island A to island B.
the towns will be warped via given town relocation items in your inventory so it's outside the scope of that system.
As I said, it's probably too late to ask.
